Standard Timings
Standard check-in and check-out times apply to all guests. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and charges.
ID Requirements
Guests must present physical Government Address Proof upon arrival. Digital/soft copies are not accepted.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in public areas and guest rooms (except designated zones). Strict fines apply.
Check-in & Check-out Policies
Hotel standard check-in time is 13:00 Hrs IST and check out time is 11:00 Hrs IST
Early Check-in Policy
Our hotel standard check-in time is 13:00 Hrs. Check-in before standard time is subject to Room availability with an additional charge, for early morning check-in a reservation for one Night advance with charge of an additional full day is recommended.
Late Checkout Policy
Our standard check-out time is 11:00 Hrs. Late check-out requests before 6:00 pm is subjected to room availability with an additional charge of 50%discount from the existing room rate. A full-day charge will be levied for any late check-out after 6:00 pm and is subject to room availability.
Special Requests: Any type of requests made will be subject to availability at the time of check-in.
Identification & Age Policies
Age Requirement
The primary & secondary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.
Address & Identification Proofs
All Guests including children who ever going to stay in the hotel must have to present Original Physical Govt Address Proof at the time of check-in.
For Indian Nationals
Identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check-in., PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID card.
For Foreign Nationals
Guests are required to present their Valid Physical passport and valid Physical visa, soft copies of passport and visas are not allowed
Child & Occupancy Policies
Child Sharing Bed
Child Policy: 02 children below 12 years of age can stay in their parent’s room while sharing existing bed, No Extra bed rate will be included in the room rate for children, If Guests would like to have an Extra Mattresses the charges would be additionally and need to payable at the Hotel at the time of check-in, only one Extra Mattresses can be placed in the room
Triple Adult Occupancy
For the Bookings Made on Triple Adult occupancy Extra Mattresses will be provided.
Child Meal Plan Policies
Meal policies applies strictly to the Buffet and in-house restaurants.
Conduct & Visitor Rules
Government No-Smoking Mandate
The Government of India has introduced a no smoking rule for hotels, restaurants and all public places. This means smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel except in designated guest rooms and demarcated smoking areas. A cleaning fee of INR 5000 will be applicable if we found smoking in the rooms.
Visitor Policy
No Visitors are allowed in the Guest rooms at any point of time, Visitors can meet the guests in lobby and in the restaurant.
Property Damage Accountabilities
In case of any damage is done to the hotel property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guest that made the booking and Hotel will levy damage charges as deemed fit.
Hotel has Rights to revise this hotel policy from time to time at its discretion with the view to making the policy more user-friendly.
Guest Room Usage & Compliance
Guest Room Usage Policy
Storing combustible, hazardous, or banned items in guest rooms is strictly prohibited. Use or possession of narcotics, drugs, or any substance banned under Indian law is not allowed.
Items such as poker chips/cards (gambling), Bluetooth/wired speakers, hookahs, firearms, and flammable materials are not permitted in the hotel.
Telangana State Legal Mandate
Guests must not engage in or permit any illegal activity, including those under the Telangana Gaming Act, Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, or any applicable laws.
If any such activity is found within the hotel premises, it will be reported to the Telangana Police without exception.
